Regulations of bonus add and withdraw in percents to deposit
The following rules (hereafterreffered as the «Rules») regulate giving and withdrawing of credit bonuses percentage-wise to deposit.
1. Given to the clients bonuses have no time limitations, except cases when the contrary is stated in the terms of a promo campaign.
2. Bonus sum can be withdrawn under conditions stated in the «Rules».
3.1. Bonuses added automatically to a client’s deposit.
3.2. Bonus is withdraw each time when a client withdraw an amount of money proportionally to the above-mentioned amount.
3.3. The total bonus sum is a difference between total add funds and total withdrawn funds.
3.4. In cases when bonus depends on the deposit, under the term “deposit” the difference between added and withdrawn funds is understood.
4.1. Bonus sum or its part can be withdrawn under conditions stated in the «Rules».
4.2. Available for withdrawal bonus sum calculation is held proportinonally relying on the next formula: for every traded 1.000.000 USD ($1 million)* available for withdrawal bonus sum is added to Client available for withdrawal funds reflected in the Member Area. This sum is indicated particularly for every bonus offer in Company site News section.
4.3. Available for withdraw bonus sum is added automatically to a client's balance.
4.4. Available for withdraw bonus sum can not exceed the total bonus sum on a Client's account.
5.1. The Company keeps its option open to withdraw bonus without naming the reasons.
5.2. The Company has the right to close loss (unprofitable) orders of a client in the cases of absence of free for withdrawing funds on an account.
5.3. The Company has the right to prohibit opening of a new orders in the cases of absence of free for withdrawing funds on an account.
6. The Company reserves the right to determine the list of the contries eligible to participate in the bonus programs.
